Just a reminder that Roachdale Spiritwear is on sale now through Sept. 7th.
North Putnam Community School Corporation will hold the 2023-2024 All School Registration at North Putnam High School on Wednesday, August 2nd from noon to 7:00 PM. This is an opportunity for families who have students attending Bainbridge Elementary, Roachdale Elementary, North Putnam Middle School, and/or North Putnam High School to complete their registration on site with the assistance of school personnel.
Students new to the corporation are encouraged to attend this registration opportunity. Returning students and their parents can complete registration at home via Powerschool; however, personnel will be on site to help parents create a Powerschool account and complete registration onsite.
Personnel from the food services department as well as the Ivy League Kids program will be available to answer questions regarding their programs.
We hope to see you on Wednesday at NPHS for registration.
Roachdale Elementary will offer Ivy League Kids, before and after school program for the North Putnam Schools.
New Student registration for ALL North Putnam Community Schools will be held on Wednesday August 2, 2023. This will take place at North Putnam High School in the cafeteria Noon-7:00 p.m.
Due to the widespread power outage, the board meeting which was scheduled for today has been postponed to July 6 at 6:00 p.m. in the North Putnam High School LGI room.

Full Scale Safety Drill:
North Putnam Schools along with the Putnam County Emergency Operations Center are performing a full scale active shooter exercise Saturday, April 8 on the campus of North Putnam High/Middle School. This is a full scale exercise and will include first responder agencies from Putnam and surrounding counties including Lifeline and other air ambulance services. The exercise provides North Putnam with the ability to train our safety plan, and assist first responders in how to respond to this type of devastating event. The NPHS/NPMS campus will be closed to the public most of Saturday in order to keep everyone safe.
It appears the storms took out the server for the MyStop app and the bus tablets. We are working to get it back on.
We had a wonderful Jump Rope for Heart event, raising $6, 151.40. Congratulations to the top class - Ms. Proctor's 1st grade and also to Logan Willis in 2nd grade - who raised over $600.
Thank you to the many volunteers that helped this day to run so smoothly. We couldn't do this without you!
We are just a few short days away from our 15th year of Jump Rope for Heart. It's mobilize the troops Monday! We have raised $1,880.14 for our Kids Heart Challenge goal of $8,000.00. Every dollar raised will help keep hearts healthy. Make a donation today!
We have several activities coming up at Roachdale Elementary School:
1. Grades 3, 4, and 5 - Spring Show is Monday Mar. 13, 6:30 pm , at our Roachdale Gym. The doors will open at 6 p.m.
2. Mar. 17 - Jump Rope For Heart - Please consider sponsoring our students for this important event.
3. Kindergarten Round-up is Apr. 6. If you want to sign up for a time to come between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., you may call the school to schedule your visit. You are also welcome to just show up on that day without a planned appointment. Just know that you may have a little more of a wait time in that case. The school number is 765-522-1732
