The 3rd annual Putnam County Community Connect is Saturday, Oct 7, from 9-2 pm at the Fairgrounds. Community Connect tries to gather as many resources as possible in one place on one day to support the under-resourced. That includes Giving Tree sign-ups for Christmas gifts, free health screenings, utilities support, mental health services, insurance navigators...to name a few. This includes a free lunch, free haircuts, and free underwear given away.


College Go Week is next week! Multiple colleges and universities waive application fees for students during College Go Week. See the attached list for the universities who participate in this program.

Auditions for the Fall Play are on Monday, September 18th at 6:30 in the HS Auditorium. The 2023 fall play will be The Canterville Ghost.

The Putnam County Area College Fair is to be held on Monday, September 18th at the Putnam County Fairgrounds from 6:00-7:30 PM. At this time, there are 31 post-secondary institutions and 6 organizations who have confirmed their participation. Please scan the code to register.

Our students and staff have spent the last two days wishing Mr. Bill Brown Happy Retirement! Today, Mr. Brown took his final walk around the halls with the students and staff thanking him for his 26 years of service to the North Putnam Community School Corporation.

Starting Friday August 18, 2023 the following will be the bus times for students riding bus 24. This is the bus that runs the Van Bibber Lake and area. Bus 24 Pick up from home bus stops -7:10-7:20 a.m. Middle School and High School students Drop off at the High School 7:40a.m. Pick up elementary from their home bus stops: 7:55-8:05 a.m. Drop off at Bainbridge elementary 8:20-8:25 a.m. Afternoon: Pick up at Bainbridge Elementary 2:45p.m. Drop off elementary at home bus stops 3:00-3:10p.m. Pick up Middle School/High School 3:25-3:30p.m. Arrive at home bus stops around 5-10 minutes later than normal time.

New Student registration for ALL North Putnam Community Schools will be held on Wednesday August 2, 2023. This will take place at North Putnam High School in the cafeteria Noon-7:00 p.m.
Due to the widespread power outage, the board meeting which was scheduled for today has been postponed to July 6 at 6:00 p.m. in the North Putnam High School LGI room.

Cougar Nation, let's celebrate Lucas Murphy. Lucas is the son of Michael and Angie Murphy. Lucas plans to enroll at Wabash College to major in business and finance.
While attending Wabash, Lucas will also be a member of the wrestling team. Lucas would like to thank his family, friends, teachers, and coaches who have helped him to this point.

Summer Meal Program:
Meals are Free from May 30-June 30 for Breakfast and Lunch at NPMS. We are open to the public. 18 and under are Free. Adults for a small fee. If we get enough participation we may extend through July.
